Caramel Cake Studio is a home-based bakery run by Nelson and Kerly. We were born from a deep love of custom baking and the belief that a beautifully crafted dessert is more than a sweet treat — it is a gesture of care, a memory in the making. Based in Temecula and Murrieta, California, we specialize in premium custom cakes, elevated cupcakes, and our signature Brazilian brigadeiros and desserts.
Everything is handmade in our kitchen, using the finest ingredients, with an unwavering attention to both flavor and design. Because we take a limited number of orders each week, we can work closely with each client to ensure that every detail — from the flavor profile to the final decoration — reflects their vision and exceeds their expectations.

Send on WhatsAppEvery order is handmade to order with fresh, perishable ingredients. For food-safety reasons and because each creation is custom-made for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
All desserts are non-refundable and non-returnable. This applies to every item we make, with no exceptions:
Once an order is placed and confirmed, the amount paid is not refundable — including if plans change, an event is postponed, or the order is cancelled.
Our desserts are freshly baked and decorated by hand for your specific date and design. Ingredients are purchased and production time is reserved for you alone. Once a dessert leaves our studio, it cannot be resold or re-used, so it cannot be returned.
